THE CONTRACT
CONSIGNMENTS TAKEN IN BY APPOINTMENT

I, the Undersigned, hereby consign the items listed on the back of this contract to Perfectly Imperfect Consignments (PIC) for a period of 90 days. If the items are sold within the 90-day period, I will receive 50% of the purchase price for the item or items listed. After 60 days at the agreed upon price, merchandise will then be reduced 25%. Floor prices will be different from the consigned price to cover PIC overhead and to protect the consignor during sales.
Pick up service is available through our movers for a fee. Our movers have the discretion to refuse any item once it has been viewed. All items should be in excellent display ready condition. Clean, no wear and tear, smoke free, stain free and no pet hair or broken.
Consignor warrants that to the best of Consignor’s knowledge and belief that no undisclosed defects in said merchandise are known to Consignor.
We do not take bedding. A cleaning charge of $5.00 per piece will be deducted for each piece of furniture or accessory we must clean. If a professional cleaning is needed then the consignor will be responsible for 100% of the expense. PIC will inspect all merchandise prior to consignment and reserves the right to refuse any merchandise.
Providing a sale occurs, checks will be issued by the 15th of the month, on amounts due of $10.00 or more occurring in the previous month. Any amount under $10.00 will accrue until the following month’s check or must be picked up in person. Any payments will be voided if not cashed within 90 days of check date.
The consignor agrees to accept full responsibility of removal of all items not sold. Such items must be removed by the consignor within seven (7) days of the agreement schedule date. Items not claimed will be forfeited and donated to a non-profit charity. No phone or written notice will be given. No further payment to consignor will be made.
I hereby warrant that I, the consignor, have complete title to the merchandise listed and I will not hold PIC responsible for any claim or title to it. I also understand that PIC assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to listed merchandise by fire, theft, burglary, shoplifting, accident due to breakage, water and wind or any other act of God.
By signing the front of this contract I have read and agree to accept the conditions stated therein as applicable to all merchandise I leave on consignment for sale at Perfectly Imperfect Consignments Inc.
