CONSIGNOR'S ADVANTAGES

Compensation: ​Make money! When you sell your home furnishings yourself, you risk bad checks and receiving nothing for your time, effort and furniture. We take care of payments. We become your Partner for 90 days and pay you 50% of the final sale price.

Maximum Exposure: We expand your buyer's market in ways you can't just from your home. Our showroom is open 6 days a week, where your furnishings are given the display attention they deserve. Plus, we advertise in newspaper, magazine, yellow pages, through direct marketing flyers, the Internet and social media and of course word of mouth. With hundreds of shoppers a month, we allow maximum exposure of your items.  

Convenience: Never spend idle weekends sitting in your garage hoping buyers will stop by ever again. No more phone calls at all hours, no shows, no more "maybe" buyers, or accepting the lowest price because it's a Sunday afternoon. Perfectly Imperfect Consignments works for you, 6 days a week. We even offer pickup and delivery of your items for a modest fee.

THE CONTRACT

 

CONSIGNMENTS TAKEN IN BY APPOINTMENT

I, the Undersigned, hereby consign the items listed on the back of this contract to Perfectly Imperfect Consignments (PIC) for a period of 90 days. If the items are sold within the 90-day period, I will receive 50% of the purchase price for the item or items listed, minus pick up fee if applicable of a minimum charge of $75.00. This fee comes off the sale of one of the items listed on the contract.  All items should be in clean and display ready condition. A cleaning charge will be deducted for each piece of furniture or accessory we must clean.

After 60 days at the agreed upon price, merchandise will then be reduced 25%

Providing a sale occurs, checks will be issued on the 15th of the month, on amounts due of $10.00 or more occurring in the previous month. Any amount under $10.00 will accrue until the following month’s check or must be picked up in person.

The consignor agrees to accept full responsibility of removal of all items not sold. Such items must be removed by the consignor within ten (10) days of the agreement schedule date. Items not claimed will be forfeited and donated to a non-profit charity. No phone or written notice will be given. 

I hereby warrant that I the consignee have complete title to the merchandise listed and I will not hold PIC responsible for any claim or title to it. I also understand that PIC assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to listed merchandise by fire, theft, accident, or any other cause.
